First I’d like to say that I’m not much of a fundamental guy, I really don’t know what fundamental news actually moves the markets nor do I really used fundamental news to make trades. There are exceptions such as news coming out that certain coins are frauds or that circumstantial evidence shows that a rug pull is likely. I wouldn’t invest or trade in such coins most likely. Having said that I still like to make my quips on the market but I primarily deal with what I see on the charts. BTC USD’s chart looks like it’s indecisive as to which direction it wants to head. For the moment we’re seeing price unable break $44,400 and not only hold then but break through with any gusto. Very strong sellers at and above this area. Every retest and reversal from the uplsoping blue lower parallel line tries to swing back up to the roughly $44,400 but it just can’t really break through. We aren’t really make lower lows either. The market is clearly indecisive about where to go and in times like these I just sit back and wait to see what the next few days bring. Oh and this is a daily chart of BTC USD via Kraken. Looking at the down sloping magenta median line you can see that it accurately captures bounced off the middle line pretty well however any subsequent pushes from it do not lead to higher highs. Price just bounces off and tries to go higher but fizzles and new lower lows are made. If price does decide to retest the middle magenta parallel line, we could be looking at $35,500 or even lower to where bigger whales may still be waiting with buy orders. If we break the $33,100 area (roughly) with any strong strength to the downside then I do expect a retest of $29,000 area. Could be whales there with bags ready to stock upon BTC or they may pull their orders to see where the market goes. Most likely they may try to wash out traders with poor stops below the $29,000 area before scooping up BTC wholesale or they may lead it sink further. You have to wait to see what the big boys and girls do and then ride their coattails. Don’t pick up nickles and dimes on train tracks if you hear the choo choo train approaching. Let’s wait and see what the market gifts us in the next few days and weeks. Wishing you all prudent trading.
